Mrs. Halloran serves students, staff, & families well everyday! She is a great encourager, listener, & cheerleader for our LCE family. Mrs. Halloran is the HEART of Lake Country Elem!


Many 4th Grade Students participated in the Jamboree Day Fun Afternoon by completing some amazing chalk art. They were to capture their favorite memory of their 4th Grade year via the sidewalk and chalk medium. These students did a remarkable job. Way to go 4th Grade!!








PM 3 Testing for Grades 3-5:

LCE K-2 students will begin PM3 testing on April 16th. Testing will continue through April 25. Please be sure to have your student(s) at school on time each day!

With the recent time change, LCE students will be traveling to bus stops and/or school while it is dark now. With the sun not arising until after 7am, we want to make sure students and parents have these safety tips while traveling and waiting at bus stops, or walking/bicycling to school.

We are so excited for (2) of our 5th Graders who were recently honored for wining an essay contest centered around the theme, "What the Bill of Rights Means to Me."

**Not only were their essays selected for a local award, both students had their essays submitted to compete in the statewide competition! Exciting!
